So this is the first post!!!! Whoot! Thank you all for checking this out. I hope to be diligent, and write as often as possible. As this blog is on its maiden voyage today, I'll just share a few thoughts and some of my favorite pictures from May 2011.
Thoughts: Four of them, actually.
1) My roommate is leaving today and going to Haiti until the end of July to work in an orphanage down there. I would love it if you guys could keep her in prayer as she takes a big, brave step and loves on some kids who need some sweetness and hope in their lives. Thank you <3
2) My mama and brother are on their way to Canada for a BIG rowing race, so again....more prayers for safety if you would please :)
3) Have ya'll heard Adele's new cd "21"??? You need to. No, you REALLY need to. Get on Youtube, and listen. Wow!!!
4) Looking for a job as a post-grad and being a grownup is definitely harder than originally thought. God is good though! I did apply to work as a deck hand in the Aegean Sea, (I'm totally serious) but sadly, they don't hire landlubbers.

Pleasant Surprise of the Week: I CAN USE CHOPSTICKS! This was a wonderful epiphany.
And now some of my favorite images from May 2011. In case ya'll didn't know. I'm an amateur photographer who takes engagement, wedding, graduation, baby, and just-cause images. I don't charge (cause I have no license yet), so I'm just doing it for the love of it. Here's some of my most recent work.
My rooommate got married at the West Point Chapel this May. I wasn't her photographer, but I got some really beautiful shots. I'm just in awe of that entire campus.
